Stephanie’s aim and passion as Founder & CEO of Accountability Evangelist is to help accountable people and organizations achieve their most ambitious goals and make a tremendous, positive impact on the lives of the people they choose to serve.
Stephanie has extensive experience with creating and implementing succession plans in a variety of organizations across multiple industries. Early in her career, she earned a Succession Planning certificate from the Institute for Professional and Organizational Development at the State University of New York at Oswego. Later, as Vice President of Administrative Services & Corporate Compliance at a human services agency, Stephanie developed a comprehensive succession planning and leadership development process including two unique programs for Emerging Leaders and Ascending Leaders.
After launching Accountability Evangelist as a full-time business, Stephanie offered online group coaching for individuals and organizational development consulting for organizations. She has since converted her signature offerings to online courses: Focus & Momentum Goal Mastery, Personal Accountability, and Succession Planning: Prepare Leaders for Tomorrow.
Stephanie is currently the Director of Human Resources at Durst Image Technology US. She previously held key leadership roles at Continual Care Solutions (software start-up), EPI (non-profit, human services agency), and Bausch + Lomb (eye health product manufacturer). Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Rochester, and a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University.
