Stephanie Reh is on a mission to help more people to serve more people. Stephanie’s aim and passion (her “why”) as Founder & CEO of Accountability Evangelist is to help people get out of their own way and exceed their own expectations so that they may be inspired to serve others generously.

Stephanie has extensive experience in leadership/talent development including creating and implementing succession plans in a variety of organizations across multiple industries. Early in her career, she earned a Succession Planning certificate from the Institute for Professional and Organizational Development at the State University of New York at Oswego. Later, as Vice President of Administrative Services & Corporate Compliance at a human services agency, Stephanie developed a comprehensive succession planning and leadership development process including two unique programs for Emerging Leaders and Ascending Leaders, and a 9-part Leadership Academy training series featuring topics such as delegation, situational leadership, performance feedback, and leading change.

After launching Accountability Evangelist as a full-time business, Stephanie offered online group coaching for individuals and organizational development consulting for organizations. She has since converted her signature offerings to online courses: Focus & Momentum Goal Mastery, Personal Accountability, and Succession Planning: Prepare Leaders for Tomorrow.

Stephanie is currently the Director of Human Resources at Durst Image Technology US. She previously held key leadership roles at Continual Care Solutions (software start-up), EPI (non-profit, human services agency), and Bausch + Lomb (eye health product manufacturer). Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Rochester, and a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University.

An avid community service advocate, Stephanie currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for PUSH Physical Theatre.
